It’s important you complete this brief but important step as it gathers key information about your current inbox system and email management habits to help us tailor the perfect solution for your productivity needs.
2. Next, you’ll be paired with one of our Inbox Specialists! Our pairing process ensures precision, clarity, and alignment with your goals.
3. Last, after completing your form, you’ll get an email with a link to schedule your consultation call to review your audit results and plan next steps.

- Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Inbox Rescue Packages (“Packages”) offered by Elite Virtual Assistants to its clients (“Clients”) and the Inbox Specialists providing the services. - Client Participation Guidelines
Active participation from the client is essential for the success of the Package. Dedicated time for direct communication with the assigned Inbox Specialist is included to gather information, provide feedback, and finalize the project.-
- Clients are encouraged to schedule consultations at key points to ensure progress.
- Alternative communication methods, such as email, may be used if live meetings are not feasible.
- Failure to engage in a timely manner may result in delays or an extended timeline. Collaboration is critical to achieving the best outcomes.

- Forfeiture of Project
Packages are designed to be completed within 30 days. If unforeseen circumstances arise, a two-week grace period will be granted to determine the next steps.-
- If client engagement remains unavailable beyond the grace period, the project may be paused, rescheduled, or concluded without further progress.
- Any delays caused by the Inbox Specialist will be reviewed, with adjustments or reassignment as necessary.

- Cybersecurity and Liability

- Data Security Practices
Elite Virtual Assistants and its Inbox Specialists will adhere to best practices for managing sensitive information, including secure handling of client data, email access, and communication systems. Clients are encouraged to work with their IT team to establish secure protocols for granting access. - Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:- Ensuring that their IT team provides secure access and guidelines for safe handling of email systems.
- Reviewing their own cyber liability insurance policies to ensure appropriate coverage for the services provided.
- Liability for Cybersecurity Incidents
Elite Virtual Assistants shall not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from cybersecurity incidents, including but not limited to phishing, spam, or unauthorized access, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. - Error Resolution
In the unlikely event of an error, Elite Virtual Assistants will cooperate with the Client’s IT team to investigate and resolve the issue. Clients are encouraged to notify us promptly of any concerns related to data breaches or security risks.
- Data Security Practices

- Work Commitment and Additional Hours
The Inbox Specialist will complete as much work as possible within the Package’s scope. If additional hours are needed, clients may:-
- Purchase an additional Package, or
- Be billed at an hourly rate of $47/hour.

If clients wish to transition into our regular services, they must sign on as a client and will have the onboarding fee waived.
- Non-refundable
Packages are non-refundable. Once purchased, Clients are not entitled to a refund for any reason. - Non-Solicitation of Personnel
To protect the integrity of our team, Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract with any current or former personnel of Elite Virtual Assistants (“Covered Persons”) during the agreement or within 18 months after its conclusion.-
- Clients wishing to hire a Covered Person agree to pay a fee of $12,000 to compensate for the costs of training, hiring, and reallocating resources.

- Confidentiality

- Both parties agree to protect all confidential and proprietary information (“Confidential Information”) shared during this agreement.
- Confidential Information must not be disclosed, used outside the agreement’s scope, or accessed by unauthorized individuals.
- Upon termination, all Confidential Information must be returned or securely destroyed.
- Any work created during the agreement is the property of the Client, with the Service Provider granted a limited license to use it for fulfilling the agreement.

- Limitation of Liability
Elite Virtual Assistants, its representatives, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the Packages. - Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Virtual Assistants from any losses, damages, or costs resulting from violations of these terms or activities related to their account. - Warranties Disclaimer
Elite Virtual Assistants makes no warranties, express or implied, including conditions of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. - Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control. - Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary to maintain the validity of the agreement. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. - Amendments
Elite Virtual Assistants reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted, and Clients should review regularly. - Acknowledgment
By purchasing a Package, both the Client and Inbox Specialist agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
