Exploration Call
Next, you meet your Relationship Manager and we dive into what matters most to you – from work style to personality support – to ensure we pair you with the right assistant.
Pairing Process
Your Relationship Manager meets with our talent team to select a few of our top candidates to work with you. Each candidate is interviewed individually to find your best match.
Onboard & Launch
You (and/or your team), your new assistant, and your Relationship Manager meet on Zoom for introductions, goal setting, and creating a communication plan. This is where we really kick things off!
Ongoing Support
Your Relationship Manager will be by your side for the first month to ensure you have all the tools & support you need and will continue to check in during your entire relationship with EVA.
